website and wholesale hotel reservation services. The Group will
arrange inbound and outbound sightseeing tours and provides
accommodation, meals and transport management services. Other
activities are promoting hotels' and resorts' products and services on
interactive and cable television channels as well as providing
air-ticketing, car rental, airport transfer and hotel membership
services. The Group will operate in Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong,
Philippines, China, United Arab Emirates and Thailand. Partner
